Clehance Clarity · Private enterprise AI
A living model of how your organization actually operates.
Clarity connects people, teams, projects, decisions and documents into one intelligence layer, built from your own knowledge base. Ask in plain language. Every answer cites its source. And it runs entirely inside your walls, local LLM included.
The problem
Large organizations are steered from a picture that is always out of date.
The org chart is fiction
It shows reporting lines. It does not show who actually decides, who depends on whom, or where the work really sits.
The data exists but is unreachable
Priorities, budgets, roadmaps and headcount live in different systems owned by different functions. Nobody holds the whole picture.
Decisions are rehearsed in slides
A reorg, a hiring plan, a consolidation: modelled in a spreadsheet, argued in a deck, then committed with real people and real money.
The cost surfaces months later
Duplicate programmes, contradictory targets, capability bought that already existed in-house. Found in the invoice, not the plan.
The platform
Six things it can tell you.
Structure
Divisions, teams, headcount, reporting lines, management chains and team charters, as they actually are today.
Portfolio
What each team has shipped, what is in flight, what stalled, and on what timeline.
Memory
Why a decision was made, what the retro concluded, what the incident cost, years after the people moved on.
Alignment alerts
Flags raised against your own roadmap, surfaced to you rather than waiting to be asked for.
Overlap
Cross-team dependencies and duplicate effort, with the documents that evidence them.
Governance
Decisions read against BCBS 239, SR 11-7 and the EU AI Act, plus the technical debt behind them.
Misalignment
Two teams pointed at outcomes that cancel each other out.
Inconsistency
The same metric defined three ways across three decks.
Redundancy
Parallel work nobody knew was parallel until the invoice arrived.
Insufficient detail
An initiative with a name, an owner, a budget, and nothing underneath.
Opportunity
Cost to remove, synergy between teams, or a product you are already positioned to build.
Every flag arrives with its evidence attached: traceable to the exact source in your knowledge base it came from.
How it works
Your documents in. Permissioned answers out.
Built from what you already hold
You share your own material: policies, roadmaps, org documents, initiative and cost records. Clarity builds the model from it. Nothing is inferred from outside.
Permissions mirror the hierarchy
Every answer is assembled only from what the person asking is entitled to see. The same question returns a different, and correct, answer for an analyst and a division head.
Describe the view, then keep it
Ask the AI to reshape a dashboard: “show my teams’ initiatives against spend”, then save the result. Each role builds the view it needs on one shared model.
Worked example
“Which teams should I consolidate?”
- Overlap: two teams carry the same capability, evidenced in their charters
- Dependency: four other teams draw on one of them; consolidating moves that load
- Precedent: a comparable merge was tried before; the post-mortem explains why it was unwound
What Clarity will not do: tell you which teams to merge. It assembles the evidence and the precedent; the judgement stays with the executive who owns it.
Security & deployment
Built for the buildings cloud AI can’t enter.
Fully on-premise
The whole stack, including the LLM, runs on your hardware inside your perimeter. No API calls leave the building. A hosted option exists when policy allows it.
Your data stays yours
No customer data ever trains a model. The knowledge base, the model and the answers live and die inside your infrastructure.
Audit trail on everything
Every question, answer and source is logged. Human-in-the-loop by design: Clarity evidences decisions, people make them.
Governance-ready
Access mirrors your hierarchy. Decisions can be read against BCBS 239, SR 11-7 and the EU AI Act, with the evidence attached.
Request a demo
See it on a bank that doesn’t exist.
Our demo institution is fully synthetic: 2,019 people, real structure, invented names, a full knowledge base of retros and charters. No data agreement, no security review, nothing of yours involved. Then bring your own knowledge base and we build the same thing on it.
